Free Legal Advice Offered For Any Removal Company with a Dispute with a Trade Association

It was announced in the last months Mover magazine that, the British Association of Removers, the BAR, will provide legal advice through their approved solicitors Backhouse Jones, for any Removal Company that finds itself in dispute with any trade association.
This is one of a number of initiatives that Bar are announcing to assist removal companies, and in a generous gesture, has stated that BAR would offer this assistance to any removal company in dispute with their Removal Trade Association, regardless of whether a member of the BAR or not.
Such help may well prove very valuable, in preventing furniture removal companies from being made bankrupt by unreasonable court claims and legal costs by any dubious outfit that is posing as a Trade Association, when they may be nothing of the sort.
This news will certainly be welcomed by many of the furniture removal companies that have recently become victims of a scam.
