National Guild of Removers and Storers in the County Court

I have just been informed that my 10th June Hearing at Milton Keynes has now been moved to 10th July.
Because of shortage of court availability apparently.
Considering that my final full trial date is 17th July I am still surprised that the so called National Guild of Removers and Storers Ltd are still pursuing this tack of trying to strike out my defence.
I am not the only one that is surprised and curious why they are going to such lengths to prevent McCrorys Removals Ltd from ‘having their day in court’
