National Guild Of Removers and Storers Ltd Court Case

It seems as if the So Called National Guild Of Removers And Storers rarely lose a case in court with their claims against furniture removers, but that can be a misleading impression, as, most of those cases seem to have gone undefended, and so judgment would have been by default.
But that may now be changing, and there is quite a number of removal companies that are actively contesting the So Called Guild Claims and even making counterclaims too, including McCrorys Removals Ltd.
And, now this latest case, against Derek Milner, of Intransit Removals, shows that no one can win them all.
