Removal from London To Donegal

In the last year, we had the pleasure of doing a removal for Frank Barber from Shepherds Bush address in London to Frank’s hotel, The Lakeview in Portnoo, Co. Donegal.
Including, not one, but two pianos, one of which was a fine grand piano in pristine condition.
Travelling from Strabane, Co Tyrone, through Ballybofey and Glenties entails passing through the hauntingly bleak Croaghgorm or The Blue Stack Mountains.

For once, the English translation does justice to the beauty of this special place.
Apparently there can still be wreckage found, on the slopes, from an RAF Plane that crashed in 1944, during the second world war, when Seven Crew lost their lives on this mountain.
It looks a timeless peaceful landscape, that will have witnessed many great events pass by, but remains itself unchanged.
The Grand Piano removal complete, and installed at the Lakeview in its magnificence, we were treated like royalty by Frank and his hotel staff.
If this hospitality is the norm for the hotel guests, I could imagine why the Lakeview Hotel is a popular destination, and, of course the attraction of that journey across the Blue Stack Mountains to the view of the Atlantic Ocean at Frank’s Place.
If you hear the sound of sweet music coming from a stately grand piano, think of McCrorys Removals Crew getting it there safely and still pristine.
